What I love most about February is the transition from winter to spring. Although the weather is usually really cold and snowy here in New England all of the stores have their newest lines coming out. Pops of color, adorable patterns and fabulous pieces are everywhere and Valentine's Day is right around the corner. I thought I would put together a list of some cute gift ideas that work well for the winter to spring transition.
