Birthday & 80's Weekend!!

Happy Monday everyone! I'm sad to see this weekend come to an end; it was one of the most amazing weekends I've had this semester. This weekend was the big 80's dance where everyone gets dressed up and has an amazing time dancing to fabulous disco music. In addition, yesterday was my birthday and it was wonderful to be able to celebrate with my family for the day, they came and took me out to lunch, and to celebrate with many friends. 

I feel like birthdays are a time where people come together and have an amazing excuse to sing, dance and laugh for hours on end. I had no expectations about what this weekend was going to be like and I have to say this birthday is going to be one to remember. Thank you to all my friends and family who celebrated with me, love you lots.

Weekend Wishes... Glitter and Glimmer

Happy Friday everyone! This week went by so quickly, and even though it was a really busy one I got a lot of bigger projects done that will lighten the load for the rest of the semester. Yesterday, I had the opportunity to visit Yale Medical School with the health professions advisor at my school and my old roommate from last year and I had an amazing time. The experience was amazing, I loved every minute of it and now I have so much to work towards!! 

Maybe one day soon.... :) 

This weekend is going to be a little bit insane, I have an incredible amount of homework and there are a million things to do doing around campus, 80's Dance, Casino Night, Electric Mill and dinner with the friends, and I even get to see my family this weekend! I'm excited for all of these events, however, this means that I need to be extremely productive tomorrow!!

I've always been a bit fan of London walls. I have one in my room at home and one even in my dorm room! I like how you can mix and match just about anything and the array always looks fabulous! In addition, building a London wall allows you to mix pieces that might not normally have a place in your home which is always a plus.
